Q: What kind of services does the studio offer?
A: The Studio offers in-studio and on-location makeup and hairstyling services (no cuts or colors).   

Q: Do you offer airbrush makeup?
A:  Yes! I have been working with airbrush makeup for the last 5 years. Airbrush has been a favorite for so many of my clients because it’s so long-lasting, lasting 12-24 hours.

Q: How many weddings do you book per date?
A:  PHB is an exclusive wedding day vendor, only booking one bride per date. With many years in the bridal industry, Pamela has plenty of experience handling multiple weddings in one day but she really wanted to focus on providing stress-free services. She believes that all of her attention should be on that specific bride and the experience that comes with it on one of the biggest days of her life. 

Q: Do you have minimums for wedding day services?
A: Contract minimums apply during the busy wedding season of March through October. Booking   PHB requires the Bride + 3 at a minimum.

Q: Do you accept tips?

A: Tips are always greatly appreciated, our industry standard is 18-20% and are not included in the package pricing.

Q: How do I book?

A: Contact me for availability and let’s get together so we can talk about the services you’ll be needing.  50% (non-refundable) retainer and a signed contract is required to secure date. The remainder of the balance is due 30 days before event date.

Q: What is your cancelation policy?
A:  Any date changes made to bookings can be transferred based on the availability of PHB. In the event that PHB cannot service on the new wedding/event date, the 50% retainer remains non-refundable. Any missed appointments/bridal previews will result in forfeited services and may result in additional fees. Cancelations done 30 days or less from event date will still require a full payment and is stated in the contract. Any cancelations done before the 30 day period will not need any additional payment but the retainer remains non-refundable.
